Fees, Policies, and Scheduling:

The fee for Mind/Body Psychotherapy is $225.00/hr.

Requests for written letters and reports are also subject to my hourly rate. My services are covered by most private insurance companies. Payment is made at the time of service and receipts are given for reimbursement from insurance companies. Unfortuantely, I DO NOT OFFER DIRECT BILLING to insurance companies at this time.

Payment can be made by Debit, Credit Card, cash or cheque. Clients will be BILLED IN FULL for MISSED APPOINTMENTS and LATE CANCELLATIONS (less than 24 hours notice). Appointments are available Tuesdays through Thursday, afternoons and evenings.
