Fees, Policies, and Scheduling:

PLEASE NOTE: As in line with the new APNS recommendations, starting January 1, 2022, my fees for psychological services will increase to $210.00/hr. All written documents will also be billed at my new rate.

Until January 1, 2022, all forms of psychotherapy are $200.00/hr.

Requests for written letters and reports are also subject to my hourly rate. My services are covered by most private insurance companies. Payment is made at the time of service and receipts are given for reimbursement from insurance companies. Unfortuantely, I DO NOT OFFER DIRECT BILLING to insurance companies at this time.

Payment can be made by Debit, Credit Card, cash or cheque. Clients will be BILLED IN FULL for MISSED APPOINTMENTS and LATE CANCELLATIONS (less than 24 hours notice). Appointments are available Tuesdays through Friday, afternoons and evenings.

As of January 1, 2018, clients will no longer receive reminder phone calls for their upcoming appointments, but will only receive email reminders.
